I borrowed @ ririri_site’s recipe and baked a cocoa chiffon cake 😄
This time I used Jun Morinaga cocoa. However, the final dough was lumpy, but today I had a hard time mixing it into the final dough 😆 (both flour and meringue …)
The finish of the cake is a little hard with a lot of cavities.
There is only repetition! ️

The amount was 4 eggs M size, and all the others had a height that could be adjusted by multiplying by 90%, so it was easy to remove the mold 🙆♂️
